由加拿大中文電台主辦的年度音樂盛事《Sunshine Nation 新一代歌唱大賽 2026》即將迎來終極一戰，大會今年打破傳統，實行全新賽制，八位成功晉身總決賽的 Sunshine Boyz & Girlz 自 5 月起接受一連串專業訓練，在追夢旅程中步步邁進，並已完成多個比賽環節。他們整裝待發，明天將踏上 Sunshine Nation列車，延續比拼至最終站，贏取最後勝利。  

今天舉行的新聞發佈會於網上全程直播，讓全球觀眾同步參與。司儀 Manica 伍文嘉首先邀請八位 Sunshine Boyz & Girlz一一登場，正式與傳媒見面，並作自我介紹，展現自信、才華與青春活力。參賽者年齡由 14 歲至 28 歲，雖然背景各有不同，卻同樣懷抱音樂夢想，準備在 Sunshine Nation 舞台上發光發亮。

Hosted by Fairchild Radio, Sunshine Nation Singing Contest 2026 is about to reach its final showdown. This year, the contest breaks away from tradition with a brand-new competition format. Since May, the eight Sunshine Boyz & Girlz who successfully advanced to the Grand Final have undergone a series of professional training sessions, moving step by step along their dream-chasing journey and completing several segments of the competition. Now fully equipped, they will embark the Sunshine Nation train tomorrow and continue their battle to the final stop in this journey.  

Today’s press conference was livestreamed online, allowing audiences around the world to join in simultaneously. MC Manica first invited the Sunshine Boyz & Girlz onstage to officially meet with the media and introduce themselves. They showcased confidence, talent, youthful energy and charisma. Ranging in age from 14 to 28 with different backgrounds, they all share the same music dream and are ready to shine on the Sunshine Nation stage.

司儀其後介紹評判及導師團隊，評審包括香港著名歌手及歌唱老師雷安娜小姐、音樂創作人 Dino 夏天樂先生、作曲、填詞、唱片監製及音樂製作導師徐繼宗先生。Annabelle 雷安娜亦到場為八強打氣，並分享在比賽中脫穎而出的關鍵技巧，為現場帶來專業氛圍與無限啟發。Sunshine Boyz & Girlz 全神貫注聆聽，為即將踏上的總決賽舞台作好準備。 大會同時鳴謝從開始一直陪伴參賽者經歷成功挫敗的導師團隊包括加拿大中文歌曲創作大賽音樂人 Angel Huang、Dan Wen、詹正平、舞台導師阿愷、排舞老師 Ying Ying 及形象指導 Shirley。

This year’s judges include renowned singer and vocal coach Annabelle Louie, music creator Dino Acconci, and composer, lyricist, record producer and music production mentor Jone Chui. Annabelle attended the press conference to cheer on the 8 contestants and advise them on how to stand out in the competition, bringing a professional and inspiring vibe to the event. The Sunshine Boyz & Girlz listened attentively as they prepared for the Grand Final ahead. Fairchild Radio also expressed gratitude to the instructors who have stood by the contestants through both successes and setbacks since the beginning, including Canadian Chinese Song-Writers Quest participants Angel Huang, Dan Wen and Jimmy Zhan, Stage Mentor Ah Hoi, Dance Instructor Ying Ying, and Styling Supervisor Shirley.

萬眾期待，遠道而來擔任總決賽特別表演嘉賓的香港新生代人氣女歌手姚焯菲 Chantel，早上才剛抵埗溫哥華，旋即出席記者會，與現場來賓分享近期的音樂發展及演藝近況。同時兼顧工作與學業的 Chantel，近期亦密鑼緊鼓籌備新歌，8月更將踏上演唱會舞台，行程相當緊密。即使明天早上要應付網上考試，她仍抽空飛到溫哥華為八強打氣，並以過來人身份提供參賽貼士。這次亦是 Chantel 在加拿大的首個個人表演，勢必為盛會掀起高潮。

The young rising star from Hong Kong and Special Guest Performer Chantel Yiu received a warm welcome at the press conference shortly after landing in Vancouver just this morning. She revealed her recent music ventures and acting projects. While balancing both work and university studies, Chantel has also been busy planning new releases and her solo concert in August, making her schedule extremely tight. While studying hard for her online exam tomorrow morning, she still made time to fly to Vancouver to support the contestants and share competition tips from her own experience. This will also be Chantel’s first ever performance in Canada, and set to bring the event to an exciting climax.

During the press conference, Fairchild Radio Vice President & Assistant General Manager Vivien Louie presented Chantel with a meaningful appreciation plaque. Inside was a ticket to the next stop on the Sunshine Nation Singing Contest 2026 stage, symbolizing that with “a ticket in hand,” Chantel will continue to elevate in her music journey and ultimately reaching her artistic goal. The presentation also carried best wishes for her successful performance tomorrow.

明晚，八位 Sunshine Boyz & Girlz 將作最後一擊，以自選歌曲傾力演出，展現一路走來，經歷蛻變及成長後練成的舞台實力。評判將綜合參賽者在群舞、合唱歌曲、才藝表演及自選歌曲中的整體表現，選出冠軍、才藝大獎及最佳台風獎；而「我最喜愛 Sunshine 大獎」則由網上投選產生。

Tomorrow night, the Sunshine Boyz & Girlz will make their final push and performed self-selected songs to showcase the stage skills they have developed through months of transformation and growth. The judges will evaluate the contestants’ overall performances across group dance, collaborative songs, talent performances and self-selected songs to determine the Champion, Talent Award and Best Stage Presence Award. My Favourite Sunshine Award will be decided through online voting.

今年大會首度將比賽及訓練過程製作成真人騷《Sunshine Nation 向舞台出發》，首集已於 7 月 18 日新時代電視 1 台播出，第二集及第三集將分別於 7 月 25 日及 8 月 1 日，晚上 7:40 至 8:05 推出，讓觀眾繼續追隨 Sunshine Boyz and Girlz 經歷旅程的高低起跌，見證明日之星是怎樣打造出來的。

This year, the contest and training process have been produced as a reality show for the first time under the title “Sunshine Nation: Journey to the Stage”. The first episode already aired on Fairchild TV 1 on July 18, while the second and third episodes will broadcast on July 25 and August 1 respectively at 7:40 PM. The program allows audiences to follow their ups and downs throughout the Sunshine Boyz & Girlz’s journey and witness how shining stars are born.  

Tomorrow, let us look forward to the grand stage filled with youth, dreams and musical passion, and cheer for the outstanding performances of a new generation of music talents on the Sunshine Nation stage!
