實力派唱作歌手張與辰（Vic）今天親臨加拿大中文電台 FM961 接受《Hoi心大「型」》的專訪。這次不僅是他首度踏足溫哥華，更親手接受「加拿大至HIT中文金曲排行榜2025」的「至HIT推崇新歌手（金獎）」大獎，讓 Vic 直呼是此行最美好的驚喜！

Malaysian-born singer-songwriter and producer Vic Teo (張與辰) recently visited Vancouver for the first time, marking the occasion with a guest appearance on Fairchild Radio FM96.1’s program Friday Hub. During his visit, Vic was presented with the Gold Award for Best New Singer at the 2025 Canadian Chinese Pop Music Awards, calling the accolade the most delightful surprise of his trip. Speaking with host Ah Hoi, he expressed admiration for Vancouver’s agreeable weather and scenic environment, sharing that visiting Niagara Falls had already allowed him to check off a major item on his local bucket list.

As a multi-talented artist who balances singing, composing, and music production, Vic reflected on managing his dual creative roles by learning when to transition mindsets to highlight his strengths as a performer. He also opened up about his upbringing, discussing his close relationship with his mother and how her guidance shaped his career. Outside of music, the self-proclaimed foodie and fashion enthusiast shared his personal style tips and health philosophy, taking a brief break from his strict diet to indulge in local Vancouver cuisine—including a dish of Malaysian-style chicken wings brought by the host, which Vic noted fondly recalled the flavors of his high school years.

The visit concluded on a warm note as Vic joined the station's team to sing happy birthday and cut a celebratory cake for Vivien Louie, Vice President and Assistant General Manager of Fairchild Radio.
