A Bit About My Background:: Ukraine gave the world a lot of talented people who continued to create Ukrainianness in different historical periods, in the Motherland and beyond. These are outstanding scientists, inventors, Nobel laureates, war heroes, politics, public figures, artists, musicians, athletes, doctors, patrons. There are famous Ukrainians who have changed this world for the better. My authentic radio project is about them. And also, about Ukrainian-Canadians, about their contribution to the preservation of Ukrainian cultural heritage, about nurturing Ukrainian identity, spiritual identity in emigration, in their long-term help to Ukrainians to fight for the independence of Ukraine during the war. Thanks to their efforts, achievements, and victories, the world came to know and continues to discover Ukraine. In this project, the main Ukrainian and international news will be heard, interesting meetings will take place with social partners who are able to help newly arrived Ukrainians, families with children, young people, and everyone who needs help. Through this project, I want to draw the community’s attention to the need for cooperation and building ties with Canadian government organizations and their representatives. Unity is our strength, because wherever the Ukrainian heart beats, Ukraine is there.
